Gary in bike sales is truly amazing to deal with took tons of time showing us different bikes and explaining features on them

Was extremely patient with us while we had minor issues with our financing company

Hooked us up with great insurance person

John the owner is fantastic as well as the entire staff from mechanic and store front These are our first bikes but cycle world super store has made us lifetime customers I only wish I could leave higher than 5 stars

At Cyclewprld, I got world-class service from the moment I stepped in the door. Purchasing my first bike seemed like a daunting task at first but the staff made choosing the right bike fun and a breeze. They even won over my wife who was completely against the idea! The thing I loved the most was the fact that they didn't make me feel like "just another sale". They gave me a personalized experience and it's one I am not likely to forget. Thanks guys. I was shopping for a used motorcycle and just happened to walk into Cycleworld. I met Chris and I guess we hit it off from the word go. I told him that I had just passed my M2 and wanted to purchase a used bike. I also told him that I had not ridden a bike for over 20 years. He asked me what kind of bike I was looking at buying. I said I wanted a bike that was sporty yet could be used for cruising. He showed me 3 bikes. That fitted my style. He was a thorough Professional and he made me sit on them and explained the features of all. In the end he printed out the details of each bike and also took the trouble of giving me references of some insurance companies. As I had mentioned the my insurance company was quoting really high rates for bikes.

At that point I decided that if I buy a bike it would be from him. I dont regret my decision at all and in fact would recommend him to anyone looking for a bike.

On the day that I picked up my bike I also wanted a good helmet and Chris put me in touch with Debbie who looks after the accessories. She was also a thorough Professional and I was able to select and good helmet and a riding jacket.

Overall fantastic service from Professional who eventually become your friends and well wishers.

I recently purchased a used Honda Gold Wing from Cycle World Superstore. I have bought a number of bikes through the years through dealerships and privately, by far this has been the most professional and pleasing buying experience I've had. I worked with Chris on the sale, I could not have asked for a better sales person. Laid back, non pushy, knowledgeable, friendly and patient.He made sure that all details I asked about were tended too. I have used the service department before for another bike and had a similar experience. I highly recommend this dealership, they definitely have their act together when it comes to customer service.Thanks again Chris and to all the other staff I spoke with.P.S. The bike rides like you said, amazing!

I bought my first bike from Cycle World in 2018 and recently got work done on my 2nd bike from them as well. Both bikes run super smooth. They have a wonderful sales team and very skilled service department. Highly recommend!

I've been looking for a a very specific bike for quiet a while and finally found it at Cycle World. Chris from sales was extremely helpful and assisted me with the new purchase as well as the trade in for my old bike. He took care of all the paperwork and all I needed to do was to come and pick up the bike on the day that suited me. Chris made sure that I understood all the necessary details about my new bike - he sent me the owner's manual via email, because the bike did not have the original one. He also kept in touch with me through the whole process while prepping the bike sending me daily updates. Overall experience is 5 stars for sure and I can guarantee you that only few other dealerships have the same level of customer service. These guys have decades of experience, are very passionate about the motorcycles and definitely know what they are doing.

I have never been so pleased with the professionalism of a sales consultant named Chris and Gary here at Cycle World. I had brought my wife and sister inlaw all looking to purchase bikes. Chris took us one by one and sized us up with the appropriate bike with our wants and needs. These gentlemen know bikes. I have bought 5 motorcycles in 6 years and never have I experienced the quality and care of this dealership. I really felt they were selling me something meaningful, and not just to take in cash. My safety was a concern as was ensuring I had everything I wanted re accessories etc. Chris went above and beyond what I was expecting. This is a stellar company with caring smart experienced thoughtful no BS sales people. I would buy another there in the future. although we have enough lolol

Chris made my experience with the purchase of my bike so easy. He was so easy to talk with and shared his views both positive and negative so I would get the most out of my purchase. I also talked with another sales rep a couple of times when Chris wasn't available and he was also helpful and friendly. The owner John delivered my bike to me and what a hell of a nice guy. I see where these guys get their customer service from. Top to bottom, I only spoke or met guys that truly seem to enjoy their job and it showed. I will definitely recommend Cycle World to anyone and if and when I decide to upgrade, this will be my first call. Thanks for a great experience.

I purchased a used 1993 Ducati 900ss from Cycle World Superstore in August of 2016. I dealt with Chris Von Rosenstiel and I am thoroughly pleased with the dealings I had with him. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. He was extremely good at communicating and making sure he did whatever he could do to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that I was a happy customer - which I am. Once we made a successful deal on the bike, he also ensured that it got placed in a custom-built crate for safe shipping across the country. I can't say enough good about my experience with Chris and Cycle World Superstore.
