Being from the East Coast, Gary has a passion for the Great Outdoors. Having extensively toured Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and being a 40-year motorcycle veteran, he loves to assist new and experienced riders alike in finding the perfect bike for them. He likes to say, "Two wheels move the soul."

Bill has 35 years experience in motorcycle parts and service, including 27 years with Ontario Honda, Yamaha, and Suzuki. He has been with Cycle World Superstore as Service Manager for four years, keeping Service organized, running smoothly, and on-schedule. He schedules and manages technicians, orders parts, signs work orders, and provides customer service. If your motorcycle needs service, Bill is the man to speak with.
